GST and ARCS in Singapore

The Approved Refiner and Consolidator Scheme (ARCS) is administered by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). It lets approved refiners and consolidators of investment precious metals suspend GST on qualifying imports and recover more input tax.
