In 1990, Brilliant Opals emerged in a small town north of New South Wales, founded by Gary and Fiona. They began as apprentices, meticulously cutting and polishing rough opals sourced from the mines of Lightning Ridge. Over the years, they expanded their expertise to include gemstones and diamonds, initially selling to friends and family in Taiwan before moving to wholesale distribution across the country. In 1993, they established Brilliant Opals Jewellery in Singapore, opening a retail showroom in International Plaza, where they continue to create precious pieces for generations to cherish.
